Yes. Dr. Levin is a solo practitioner. From your initial conversation through therapy, you work directly with him. Care is not delegated to an associate or assigned to another therapist.

Yes. In-person appointments are available in Colts Neck. Telehealth appointments are available to clients throughout New Jersey.

Dr. Levin helps couples and adults address relationship conflict, communication problems, infidelity or affair recovery, anxiety, stress, family concerns, major decisions, and life transitions. He also works with couples when one partner is considering separation and the other wants to preserve the relationship.

Yes. Dr. Levin helps couples address cheating, infidelity, and affairs, understand the conditions surrounding the betrayal without excusing it, consider what rebuilding trust would require, and decide what they want for the relationship. Some couples pursue affair recovery, while others need help making a more deliberate decision about what comes next.

Discernment counseling may be appropriate when one partner is considering separation while the other wants to remain together. It helps couples consider three paths: maintaining the status quo, moving toward separation, or committing to a serious effort in couples therapy.

The first appointment is an opportunity to discuss what has been happening, provide relevant background, and identify what you hope to change. Dr. Levin will begin developing an approach tailored to your concerns and goals.

Dr. Levin takes a focused, goal-oriented approach. Therapy is organized around clear goals and is not intended to continue indefinitely without direction. Some clients benefit from a relatively short course, while more complex concerns require additional time. The work remains centered on your goals and progress.

Dr. Levin is an out-of-network provider and does not participate directly with insurance plans. He provides superbills that clients may submit to their insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so contact your insurer to confirm your benefits.
